The Holto HT20340S is a 400W VHF RF mosfet covering the 10-300MHz frequency band. Housed in the plastic TO-247 package this part is a low cost alternative for the now-obsolete NXP MRF300AN. Perfect for amateur radio and broadcast amplifiers.
