Delivery Policy
Enigma Component Shop Ltd. aims to dispatch items within 24 hours of receiving orders. Most products are held in stock unless otherwise specified.
Orders will be sent using Royal Mail standard or tracked postal services. For urgent or very high value orders, please email us info@enigma-shop.com for a courier quote.

Cancellation & Returns Policy
Orders may be cancelled if the order has not yet been dispatched. Enigma Component Shop Ltd aims to dispatch orders within 1 day of receiving orders, therefore it is advisable to telephone and email us as soon as you wish to cancel the order prior to its dispatch.
Returns are accepted wthin 14 days of delivery with the buyer being responsible for return postage costs. We advise that customers use a tracked postage service to return their items as we cannot take responsibility for return items that are lost in the postal system. Upon receipt of your return, the goods will be inspected and providing they are returned as new, in a fully saleable state, a full refund will be provided.
