Low Cost Single Output 500W 48V Power Supply

A low-cost, compact power supply for 48V amplifier projects. Suitable to drive our 2m 300W amplifier modules or kits.

For extended life and reliability, we recommend running this power supply at 85% load or less (9A). 

When using with RF amplifiers we recommend passing the 48V output cables through a ferrite core (at least 2 turns). This will stop RF feedback in to the supply which could stop proper output voltage regulation.
