Mitsubishi RD06HHF1-501 6W HF RF Power Mosfet

The Mitsubishi RD06HHF1 is a 6W RF power mosfet for the HF band up to 30MHz.

Supply voltage 12.5V. 

This is the newer 501 variant with "G5" marking at the bottom right of the part.
