Mitsubishi RD15HVF1-101 15W VHF RF Power Mosfet

The Mitsubishi RD15HVF1 is a popular 15W VHF fet for use up to 520MHz at 12.5V.

This is the older 101 variant which has a lower Vgth than the new 501 variant. 

This device is suitable for repair of the Elecraft K3 amplifier which relies on the correct Vgth range.
