Mitsubishi RD16HHF1-501 RF Power Mosfet

The RD16HHF1 is a 16W RF power mosfet for the HF band up to 30MHz.

Supply voltage 12.5V. 

This is the -501 variant with a "G5" marking at the bottom of the part.
